Jonathan Souza is an emerging producer, first assistant director and media specialist based in New York. He is currently working at Ethena as their Content Project Manager. He holds a Master’s Degree in Media Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Assumption University. Jonathan has consulted on, created, and launched various social media campaigns for theatrical productions, photographers, and production studios.  As First Assistant Director, he was worked on the film Jiwoo as well as a music video parody of No Doubt’s “Just a Girl”, featuring portrayals of five iconic First Ladies. He has served as the Unit Production Manager for over 50 student films. Previous producing credits include short films Exchange (Best Short-Viewers Choice, Reel Out Charolette), Ashes, Mind over Body, Bluesing, Heemang, and Sparkle, Cry, Repeat. After successfully launching a fundraising campaign, he is now producing the web series FCK (Friends Can’t Kiss), which is premiering in Fall 2021 and is also in pre-production for a horror short film, Not Him.
